Roofing services requested through this website are performed by [NOMBRE LEGAL], an independent Florida-licensed contractor, License #[CCC/CCR #] (the “Contractor”).

Information we collect
Information you give us. When you send the estimate form we collect your name, phone number, email address (if provided), ZIP code, the service you need, your description of the problem, and any photo you choose to upload.
Phone calls. When you call [(407) 000-0000] we collect your phone number, the time and length of the call, and, when recorded, the call recording. Florida law requires the consent of all parties to record a phone call. That is why we tell you on this website and at the start of each call that calls may be recorded for quality assurance. If you do not want to be recorded, you can end the call and use the online form instead.
Consent records. If you check the consent box on the form, we store the date and time, the exact consent text shown to you, and the URL of the page where you gave it.
Visit and campaign information. We record how you reached the site, such as UTM campaign parameters, ad click identifiers (for example, Google’s gclid), the page you first landed on and the referring website. This information is attached to your request so we can tell which ads and pages work.
Cookies and similar tools. We use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager, which set cookies or use similar technology to measure visits and ad conversions (such as a call or form submission). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
How we use information

- To confirm that your ZIP code is within the area the Contractor serves.

Who we share it with

- Service providers that run the website for us, such as our CRM, call-tracking and phone provider, email provider, and website hosting, under obligations to protect the information.

- Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your request with other roofing companies.
Calls and text messages
Checking the consent box on the form is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. If you check it, you agree that [NOMBRE LEGAL] may contact you at the number you provided, including by automated calls or texts, about your roofing request. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or ask to be removed from calls at any time. Opting out of automated messages does not stop the Contractor from replying to you in other ways you request. These practices follow the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA).
How long we keep information
We keep request and call records for as long as needed to deliver the request, keep consent and business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize them. Consent records are kept at least as long as we may rely on that consent.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing, by writing to [privacy@saintcloudroofrepair.com]. We may need to verify your request. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
Children
